Our client is a respected and well-established windscreen insurance provider. Their product offers windscreen and glass insurance cover for cars, vans and light commercial vehicles, and is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The product was previously solely sold via brokers and not directly to consumers.
Following a word-of-mouth recommendation, Windscreen Cover commissioned Naked Creativity to develop a completely new direct sales website to effectively communicate and market the product, while including an e-commerce facility so customers could obtain instant quotes and pay for windscreen insurance online.
The client was keen for the website to project an image of both clarity and trust, having already worked in the industry for 16 years. Building confidence for customers to buy policies was a key element, and Naked’s team did this by creating a well branded, clear and easy to navigate website. The team chose a colour palette with timeless appeal, incorporating iconography to communicate the key product benefits at a glance and create further brand assurance.
