Branding and Website Design for an Independent Estate Agency

Isabel Hastie is an independent estate agency, established to provide a more professional, personal service to marketing and selling homes in Cambridge. Led by Isabel, the agency goes the extra mile to ensure the process runs smoothly, sharing extensive property knowledge, tips and ideas.

Isabel came to Naked Creativity seeking a fresh new brand identity and a team she could trust to produce the highest quality marketing materials. Isabel was keen to roll this new identity out across all print and digital channels; from client communications and a new website, to advertising space - all developed by Naked to fully launch the business.

The first stage of the project focused on graphic design, with Naked’s team working closely with Isabel to understand the values she wanted to project for the business. With a focus on creating a modern, forward-looking brand, Naked’s team developed a series of style and colour options for the logo. Once the design was agreed, Naked then took this styling throughout Isabel Hastie’s printed and digital marketing. This presented a seamless professional image across stationery, brochures, proposal templates, ‘For Sale/Sold’ boards, branding for bikes, plus email signatures, social media, videos and the website.

Naked managed all elements of the print process using Naked’s subsidiary company, Captain Cyan, to print all marketing materials. This included large scale ‘For Sale/Sold’ boards and more niche print products such as the branding for bikes. By managing the process from start to finish, the team worked together to produce the highest quality printed products.

Throughout the branding process, Naked’s web developers created a layout that perfectly complimented Isabel Hastie’s new identity. The design included simple navigation for quick access to the details of properties for sale. The website was built on Naked’s own content management system, Cee.ms, which has been designed for ease of use by non-technical users. It also uses the latest web-standards, to work responsively across mobile and desktop devices. Once the site had been populated with content, Naked trained Isabel Hastie’s team how to edit the Cee.ms so they could manage all future content themselves. This was particularly useful for their content marketing, with a plan to create regular articles of interest for potential customers. Also supporting the digital marketing effort, Naked designed layouts for social media posts and edited video.

Isabel Hastie is delighted with the work done by Naked so far and the team will soon be starting ‘phase two’ of the web development. This phase will see the implementation of a property search function which integrates with the client’s CRM software, Loop, (specialist software for the estate agency sector). With the technical and creative talent of Naked’s team, this project has been a great example of its ability to deliver everything to launch a business.
