Design of an engaging induction to the NATS air traffic controllers course

In collaboration with XOR, Naked Creativity worked on a Flash based e-learning project for the National Air Traffic Services (NATS). At all stages of the project, Naked Creativity worked closely with the client, so communication between the three companies was essential.

Unhappy with the designs produced by another design team, NATS and XOR asked Naked Creativity to refine the current design, improve the interface and take over responsibility for the design and development of the course.

The project involved creating a piece of e-learning that acted as an induction to the air traffic controllers course. This would be sent out to candidates before they began the course to give them an idea of what it entailed.

The improved course developed by Naked Creativity and XOR was well received by NATS asa more engaging way to introduce candidates to the course.
