A high quality and engaging magazine for high flying City women
Naked Creativity were commissioned to design and manage the production of Cutting Edge magazine for the awards organisation Women in the City.

Cutting Edge is a high quality magazine aimed at a target audience of high-flying women, working in the City. Each edition contains informative stories which keep readers engaged and raise interest in Women in the City events, whilst exploring the wider issues affecting women working in the City of London. In creating each issue of the magazine, we are responsible for all elements of the design from art direction and image sourcing to liaising with advertisers and sponsors.

Naked Creativity also work closely with the contributors and editors in order to ensure that the production of each magazine runs efficiently and smoothly. When producing a magazine, planning is essential, so the first step involves creating a pagination. This details the order of the content, so that the ‘flow’ of articles and adverts can be planned. It also allows Naked Creativity to see what’s missing, who to contact and if every page has been filled.
The result of this process is a trendy, modern magazine that is suited to the target readers with all three editions have been well received, impressing the Women in the City audience.
